Letter dated 14-01-1953 from Haji Jelaluddin Wang, asking if he could claim his wife's delivery expenditure, Rs. 129/8/- and enclosed two copies of cash memo from Holy Family Hospital, Karachi. Wang received a rejection reply dated 20-01-1953, handwritten on the same piece of paper, explaining that medical treatment of a government servant or his family is reimbursed provided the treatement is received in a recognised government hospital. Since Holy Family Hospital is not a recognised hospital, the amount spent by Wang is not refundable
