Abstract

Geocoris margaretarum, new species (Hemiptera: Heteroptera: Geocoridae) is now described along with the discussion of its placement within the Oriental species and lectotype designations for G. ochropterus (Fieber, 1844). Key to discussed species and separating characters from other related taxa are provided.
