Handwritten notes on the manuscript: "余按时去参加. 检查者共计九人, 大使馆方面无人参加. 影片共分为十部, 完全系宣传细菌战, 均用英文说明及英文说白, 片演约一点又四十分钟. 观后听大家讨论, 谓此片系由一巴国人S. Khan (?)私人由北京带来. 经海关所检出者"
